Ann Gottlieb is a renowned fragrance designer with more than 25 years of experience. She has developed best-selling fragrances in every segment of the market and works with a variety of brands including AXE, Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs and more.

Ann began her career in the fragrance industry at Estee Lauder Company where she learned the art, science, and business of fragrance under the personal tutelage of Mrs. Estee Lauder. After more than six years at Estee Lauder Company, she became the head of product development for Elizabeth Arden and Warner Cosmetics (Ralph Lauren Fragrances) where she participated in the creation of Gloria Vanderbilt.

 
Ann left Elizabeth Arden and Warner Cosmetics to start her consulting firm, Ann Gottlieb Associates, Inc., where she provides specialized olfactive and product development service for the fragrance industry.

Ann is a widely-quoted authority on fragrance in media worldwide. She is a member of Cosmetic Executive Women and the Fashion Institute of Technology. For her contributions to the fragrance industry, Ann’s recognitions include The Fragrance Foundation’s prestigious Circle of Champions Award, The American Society of Perfumers’ Living Legend Award and Cosmetic Executive Women’s CEW Achiever Award.
